What is your return policy?
If there is any mistake with your order, or if any items were damaged during shipping, please Contact Us immediately and we will make it right. When you contact us, please provide your order number along with information about the problem and we will arrange to refund or replace your order.
Because of strict safety requirements regarding food sales, we can not accept any returns on any food items.
What does it cost to ship frozen items?
Our frozen items are shipped in a special cooler with dry ice and extra packaging to ensure that products arrive at your door in perfect condition.
For each frozen container there is a $25 charge in addition to regular shipping charges. However each container can hold up to 10 items - so fill it up! We discount our products so that it's still cheaper than shopping at most stores.
And don't worry: when you add a frozen item to your cart, we'll tell you how much space it takes up in the container, and how much space you have left.
Frozen shipping is available only to the continental US.
