Authentic Foods created their GF Classical Blend based on the recipe by Annalise Roberts in her book Gluten-Free Baking Classics. This simple flour blend is perfect for cakes, cookies, muffins and pie rusts, although it is not recommended for bread. For best results, do not scoop flour out of the canister with a measuring cup. Instead, aerate the flour by shaking the container, then scoop the flour blend into a measuring cup with a spoon. Shelf life is approximately 12 months.
