Bette's Four Flour Blend adds protein and fiber to everything you bake. Authentic Foods worked with Bette Hagman, the author of The Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread, to develop this four bean flour mix that will revolutionize your gluten free baking. It exchanges cup for cup with traditional wheat flour in baked goods. Add ¼ teaspoon Authentic Foods Xanthan Gum for each cup of flour when making cookies or ½ teaspoon Authentic Foods Xanthan Gum for each cup of flour when baking cakes. Also great for coating chicken and as a thickening agent.
